The other side said that any participant in the judicial process is enough. That is, the prosecutor can legally issue such a warrant. This is bad news as the prosecutor is not independent but one side to a litigation. If I am going to be extradited, I would like it to be based on an independent agent deciding on the facts and on the possibility of a valid case, not on the interpretation of a prosecutor who has a position before making the case for extradition.

I trust Lord Leveson at the #LevesonInquiry will not be overly harsh in his punishment of the individual who burst in shouting #HumanRights
